How do I register/ Open a new account?


All Public bodies including Schools, Children’s centres, Hospitals etc will automatically qualify for a credit account. Private nurseries and day care centres can apply for a trade account subject to status.


Can I purchase from you if I do not have a trade account?


Yes we are happy to accept orders from customers who do not have a trade account. On completion of your order you will be given the option to pay via credit or debit card, please follow the on screen instructions.


How will I know that my order has been processed?


You will receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours of purchase. If for any reason you do not receive email confirmation or would like to speak to a somebody either email at [email protected] or telephone 0161 884 0116


How will I know if an item is out of stock?


A message in the product selection will indicate if an item is out of stock. Where available a date will also be shown to advise when we expect the product to be back in stock.


Will I be able to amend an order once it has been submitted?


Yes, please telephone the customer service team as soon as possible or email us at [email protected]. We will happily amend any order prior to dispatch.


How soon will my order be delivered?


We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt subject to stock availability. Where it is not possible to despatch your order in full due to back order items, we reserve the right to hold the order for a reasonable amount of time (normally up to 7 days) until all the items on the order are available for delivery.
